How do I place an order?

Down load and fill out the order form and scan in and email back to Sales or fax back to: 02 8575 9496

We do not service customers outside Australia and New Zealand.

How do I pay for an order?

There are two alternative payment options on the order form. The most popular is credit card payment; we accept the following cards: Master Card, Visa and American Express.

Orders paid by credit card are packed up for despatch immediately the transaction has been approved. We do not charge for items on back order, should parts of an order not be in stock. You will have the option of accepting to wait for the back order item or cancel that part of the order.

The other alternative is to deposit money into our bank account and provide a traceable transaction reference, such as your company name or your order number. We can not deliver unless we know who deposited the money.

Orders paid by direct deposit are despatched the day after the funds are received into our account. Please note that there can be a 2-3 day lag between the funds being taken from YOUR account until they are received into ours.

Is there a delivery charge?

All orders incur a delivery charge of $20 + GST for deliveries within Australia. Customer in New Zealand need to email Sales for a delivery charge based on intended order. We are negotiating a fixed delivery charge for New Zealand customers with our logistics partners.

What happens if my product fails?

Please contact Sales for any problems within the warranty period (1 year of date of purchase) to arrange for repair and/or replacement. The warranty is valid for products having been operated as intended.
