Shipping Policy

We ship Australia wide using a range of couriers that may include Fastway Couriers, Australia Post Courier Service, etc.

Using these reliable services:

• All deliveries are insured, included in the price quoted.

• No deliveries are left unattended, all must be signed for by an adult. As such a daytime work or business address is required as there will almost always be someone in attendance to receive the products.

• If no one is present to receive the products, they are taken back to head office, and a card to that effect put into your letter box or under the door to arrange more convenient delivery or pick up. The products will be held for 7 days awaiting this contact, before being returned to us as is the courier policy.

• Delivery is deemed to have been fulfilled by the courier contacting the nominated delivery address despite being unable (eg due to un-attendance) to actually deliver the goods.

We charge $20 + GST to cover freight for each order Australia wide.

At this point in time, we do not serve international customers. Whilst freight charges will be established on a case by case basis, customers in New Zealand will regarded as within Australia.

We generally ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of order. If orders can not be filled in one delivery due to us not carrying all items ex-stock, we do not charge multiple delivery fees.

Our policy is to be a full service provider with all products ex-stock. If we can not deliver an order in full, we will, on a case by case basis, offer an additional discount to customers who accept extended lead time for this reason.
