The CENTER C311 is a dual-channel hygrometer designed for professionals who need to monitor humidity and temperature across two measurement points simultaneously. Building directly on the single-channel C310, the C311 adds a second input channel and accepts an optional Type K thermocouple probe — extending its temperature measurement capability from the standard –20°C to +60°C range all the way to –200°C to +1370°C (±0.3% rdg + 1°C). Humidity measurement covers 0–100% RH (±2.5% RH accuracy) with 0.1% RH resolution throughout.

The triple display shows humidity, temperature, and a differential or secondary channel reading simultaneously, making it straightforward to compare conditions across two locations or sensor types in a single view.
