A) For individual items under $1000 (excluding GST)

PST will gladly exchange the item, Issue a credit note or refund the cost of the product. If the product was paid for by credit card, we will refund the customer’s card. In the case of exchanges, any difference in cost will apply.1 594

B) For individual items over $1000 (excluding GST)

Usually these items are specifically ordered for you. Therefore a restocking fee of 25% of the product cost (excluding GST) will apply. PST will gladly exchange the item, Issue a credit note or refund the cost of the product after deducting the restocking fee. If the product was paid for by credit card, we will refund the customer’s card. In the case of exchanges, any difference in cost will apply.

IMPORTANT

For refunds and exchanges, you must ensure that the following conditions are met:

  1. Written authorization must be obtained prior to any returns.
  2. PST MUST receive the product back within 15 days of purchase.
  3. Products must be returned with their original packaging and, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
  4. All returns shall be accompanied by a completed Return Authorization Form which can be submited online. click here

CONDITIONS OF WARRANTIES

To the extent that PST has relied upon any specifications, information, representation of operating conditions or other data or information supplied by Buyer to PST in the selection or design of Product and/or provision of services, and in the event that actual operating conditions or other conditions differ from those represented by Buyer and relied upon by PST, any warranties or other provisions that are affected by such conditions shall terminate, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing. Upon any non-payment by Buyer when due, all warranties and other obligations of PST with respect to Product delivered and/or services provided by PST to Buyer shall terminate.

All PST products come with a 12-month standard warranty unless specified.

Consumables such as batteries, probes, etc. are not covered under the standard warranty.

Any physical damages to the products or issues caused by exceeding the manufacturer defined operating conditions will not be covered by the warranty.
