Repair Request
MadgeTech provides repair services for most data loggers. All devices are sold with a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects.
Repairs include:
- Calibration certificate with As-Found and As-Left condition
- New battery
- New o-rings
- Updated firmware (when applicable)
- 90-day warranty on sensor/board repairs/ replacements by MadgeTech USA
If you have an issue with a MadgeTech data logger, please email us the MTFF data file of the relevant issue to evaluate the issue.
Please follow the steps below to save the data file in MTFF format.
- Open the relevant data file in MadgeTech 4 software
- Go to “File” in the top left corner of the software
- Select “Save to”
- Select MTFF (red coloured)
- Give a location to save the file
PLEASE NOTE MadgeTech data loggers over 5 years old are ineligible to repair due to updated requirements.
