Built with a 316 stainless steel 6-inch sheath, this Type K thermocouple covers -200°C to +899°C (-328°F to +1650.2°F). Enhanced corrosion resistance from the 316 stainless construction makes it suited to chemical processing, food production, and harsh industrial environments where wide-range temperature measurement in aggressive conditions is required.
