They are made by Euronda in a clean room in cutting-edge processes using nothing but top-quality materials:

– Heavy weight medical kraft paper (60 g/m²)

– A double layer of light blue polyethylene/polypropylene film printed with water-based ink

– Three side seals (two for the 5 cm roll) with impermeable, uniform channels for maximum microbial protection

A quick look at the changing chemical colour indicators for steam and EtO (ethylene oxide) gas sterilization is all that it takes to check whether they have successfully completed a cycle in the autoclave: they are found on the sealing strips, in the inside print area, so that they are isolated during sealing and sterilization. This ensures that no residual microparticles are transferred to the load during the sterilization process.
The new layout fully complies with the regulations that are currently in force.
