0-10V transmitter converts a measurement — temperature, humidity, CO2 or pressure — into a proportional DC voltage between 0 and 10 volts, where 0 V is the bottom of the range and 10 V the top. Controllers, BMS and PLCs with voltage inputs read it directly.
