MR90F-ATC refractometer is used for measuring concentrations of Brix
The MR90F-ATC is the go-to choice when you need one optical refractometer that can handle everything — from fresh juice and wort at a few percent Brix all the way through to near-saturated syrups, molasses, concentrated food ingredients, and high-solids products at the upper end. With a 0–90% Brix range, 0.5% resolution, and ±0.5% accuracy, it provides the broadest single-scale Brix coverage of any optical instrument in this range.
Automatic temperature compensation (ATC) corrects for ambient variation without manual tables. No batteries, no electronics — place a drop or two on the prism, close the daylight plate, and read the result through the eyepiece. Note: if you specifically need honey water content measurement, the MR90ATC (58–90% Brix + water % scale) is the purpose-built alternative.
